The product

A Pomodoro-style attention tracker that makes the break the point.

Lensed runs focused work in timed sessions, then guides a genuine break — and during that break it surfaces one short, scientifically-grounded tip to help attention actually recover. Over time it learns what works for you and tells you, in a single Clarity score.

Focus

Sessions, not sprints

Timed focus blocks with a calm, glanceable lens timer — no clutter, no streaks-bait.

Restore

Breaks that work

Encouraged, deliberate breaks with one verified, cited tip — not filler.

Learn

Clarity over time

A weekly read of your patterns: best sound, day, time, and session shape.

The app

Five tabs, one loop

Today · Templates · Lense · Stats · Settings. The raised centre button starts a session; everything else supports the focus → break → restore loop.

Focus timer
The hero · Focus

The timer is the mark.

A focus-lens whose gold arc fills as the session runs, a now-dot riding the edge, the time in Cardo at the centre. Below it, the Light Journey beam tracks the whole set — each session a node, each break a glass lens.

  • Pause reveals End & Skip, level with the control.
  • Grace — after a session the timer counts up with tiered nudges before the break.
  • Ambient sound selector, with a live waveform while playing.
The heart · Break

Breaks that actually restore.

Each break surfaces one verified, cited tip drawn from real research — on nature, movement, rest, breathwork, and attention. A “Source” reveal shows the claim, the citation, a link to the study, and any honest caveat.

The break hero is a beam of chromatic light refracting to a single point — converging exactly as the break completes.

Clarity & trends

A weighted Clarity score plus tips for you, a weekly trend, an Apple-Fitness-style calendar that zooms 6 months → month → day → session.

The intelligence

Clarity

A single 0–100 read of how consistently your attention holds, blended from five factors — then turned into specific, personal guidance. It needs about a week of sessions to read your patterns; until then it shows a warming-up state.

Bands: Scattered · Steadying · Clear · Sharp. Tips lead with your weakest factor, then reinforce what’s working.

The whole system

Two modes

Lensed — manual transitions, grace, deliberate breaks (recommended). Casual — auto-advance with notifications.

Scheduling

A full scheduler: pick templates, set start times, repeat rules, days of the week — managed from the Today tab.

App silencing

Optionally quiet background apps during a session; notifications are delivered silently when your break begins.

Lock-screen widgets

Circular, inline, and rectangular widgets showing the lens ring, the beam, and session state at a glance.

Session archive

Every session logs focus times, skips, breaks, pre/post notes, and the most-played sound — the data behind Clarity.

Completion moment

A clean flash of light, a card, and the summed focus time resolving from diffuse to a sharp lens-circle.

Who it's for

For people who want to focus without being hustled.

Knowledge workers, students, makers, and anyone fatigued by streak-driven, dopamine-bait productivity apps. Lensed is the calm, evidence-led alternative — a tool that respects attention as a finite resource and treats rest as the mechanism, not the reward.
